Refund and Returns Policy

We accept return for the items we sell. Your satisfaction is our priority. Our return and refund policy is guided by the following rules:

  • Returnable products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. (see exceptions below)
  • Product(s) must be in new, fit to be offered-for-sale condition, with safety seals intact
  • All parts and accessories must be included and in original packaging
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • If your order(s) shipped for free and you are returning it, we will deduct the original outbound shipping costs from your refund
  • Return orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee
  • If your return is the result of a defective product or shipping error, we will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs
  • Shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Special orders, custom orders and products specifically outsourced for the customer are non-returnable
  • Warranties are voided for electrical items that leave our premises without a surge protector

 

Non-returnable items: 

The nature of some items simply makes them non-returnable. Sometimes their description will state that they are non-returnable.

  • Opened personal care items
  • Oxygen concentrators (Find out if you’re eligible for our buy-back program)
  • Raised toilet seats and commodes
  • Shower chairs
  • Transfer benches
  • Toilet frames
  • Toilet risers
  • All items ordered on special request
  • All clearance items
  • Anything opened, used, or tried-on
  • Custom wheelchairs
  • Opened cases
  • Bulk orders
  • Transfer Lift Chair
  • Celox Dressings
  • Smart Caregiver Products
  • Pacey Cuffs
  • Health Smart Products
  • AirFree Products
  • Life Corporation Products
  • All surgery accessories & supplies

Once an item has been returned, we will issue a refund within 24 hours using your initial method of payment.
